Because you will be under 16 years of age as of January 1, 2025, you are required to submit Proof of Residency documents in the form of two school records. No other proof of residency documents will be accepted.

Your school records must include your name, address and issue date.

*School photo ID cards are not accepted

One school record must be dated before 1/4/2025

AND

One school record must be dated after 1/4/2025

The documents you submit must have your name and address (not a parents name) on them and show a date. The dates listed on these documents (such as date of issue, statement date, invoice date, etc.) must have at least one dated before January 4, 2025, and at least one dated after January 4, 2025.

You MUST submit (1) document from Column A
AND
(2) from Column B

The two items from Column B must be dated accordingly: One document must be dated before 1/4/2025, and at least one dated after 1/4/2025

Documents from either column must include contestant's name and address (not parent's name) and be dated correctly.

NOT ACCEPTED: Passports and Social Security Cards are NOT accepted as proof of residency documents, nor are envelopes addressed to you, copies of bank check from your checking account, items mailed to you from the pageant office, documents in your parent's name that do not list your name, or any other document that does not show your name and address and the correct date as described above. The documents you submit must show your name and a New Jersey address, even if it is not your current New Jersey address. Any sensitive information such as credit card numbers, account balances, etc. may be crossed out.
