I, the contestant, understand and agree to the following:

1. Upon acceptance to the state pageant, I will be assigned a title by Pageant Headquarters from the 5 options submitted on my Registration Application & Preliminary Agreement (based on availability).  This title will reflect my city, town, county, a state landmark, a street name or the name of the school I attend. 
2. My title designation is for the purpose of competing in the State Pageant ONLY. This may include soliciting sponsorships and promotion of the State Pageant in my area of representation.
3. This custom sash is NOT to be worn during Pageant Weekend. A competition sash reflecting my title will be given to me upon check in of the State Pageant. My competition sash is for use during the State Pageant competition and may be kept as a memento.
4. Usage of this title will be terminated at the conclusion of the State Pageant.
5. I am choosing to purchase an optional sash for use prior to the State Pageant. 
6. I understand if I wear this sash in situations exhibiting bad taste or poor judgment, that my participation in the State Pageant may be terminated and any fees paid will be forfeited.
